Each simmer pot will contain the following:

Add 4-6 cups of water into a pot and bring to a low boil. Add your ingredients one by one, with intention. If you so wish, write your spiritual goals on the bay leaves before placing into pot. When all ingredients have been added, drop heat to a simmer. Stir in a clockwise motion. Water can be added repeatedly until scent is spent. Enjoy and many blessings!
